Do you need direction or motivation to lose the weight you’ve always said you wanted to lose or the weight that slowly appeared over the holidays?
Participants who lose 10 lbs. will receive an award/prize. There will also be 1 door prize winner drawn from participants who weigh-out.
Contractors who participate will have access to the Fitness Center at no charge throughout the program.
Register at the Fitness Center (Bldg. 22) by Jan. 15.
WEIGH-INS:
Initial Weigh-In: January 8-15
Mid-Program Weigh-In: February 11-12
Weigh-Out: March 27-28, 31
Weigh-In's will be at the Fitness Center, in the lobby on the same scale for consistency.
