Carderock includes an unmanned fitness space in the basement of building 1 and a small cardio room located in building 60 on the 4th floor. Fitness equipment includes cardio, strength, and free weights.

 

NAVAL SUPPORT FACILITY ARLINGTON

NSF Arlington includes an unmanned fitness space with men's and women's locker rooms in the basement of building 12. Fitness equipment includes cardio, cabled strength, and dumbbells.

USNO includes an unmanned fitness space with men's and women's locker rooms. Fitness equipment includes cardio, cabled strength, and dumbbells.
