HOMES.mil is a new official Department of Defense (DoD) website, dedicated to helping Service members, Families, and DOD civilians find housing.
The Family Housing Offices provide a variety of support services including:
Privatized Housing
If a service member and their family want to live in privatized housing, the local Housing Service Center (HSC) will process their privatized housing application and refer them to the private property management company that manages the privatized housing units and handles all resident matters, including maintenance.
Privatized Housing is available at two locations:

Bolling Family Housing is offered to both Officers and Enlisted Service Members stationed in the National Capital Region in addition to DOD civilians and military retirees. Bolling Family Housing has a variety of style homes all with three or more bedrooms and offers immediate availability.
To apply for Bolling Family Housing, individuals should complete the following:

JBAB Grill Policy
Upon completion, submit them, along with a copy of the orders assigning you to the National Capital Region, Leave & Earning Statement (LES) and dependent verification form (Page 2, DEERS or REDS) to the Housing Service Center (HSC) via email JBABHousing@navy.mil or fax at 202-767-4666. DoD Civilians and Military Retirees should provide an SF -50 or DD 214, Leave and Earning Statement and photo ID. There is a $50 application fee for all civilian and retiree applicants over the age of 18, which should be paid by money order or check to Bolling Family Housing.

Bellevue Family Housing is offered to enlisted service members only and is located on the South End of JBAB. The newly renovated units are comprised of two and three bedroom townhouses with the exception of 6 ADA ranch-style homes and offers immediate availability.
To apply for Bellevue Family Housing, complete the following:

Rental Partnership Program
The Rental Partnership Program (RPP) is designed to assist active duty service members with finding safe and affordable housing. RPP has an agreement with over 125 apartment complexes throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC to offer eligible service members a up to a 5% discount off market rates, no security deposit, no application fee, no credit check and no income requirements. To be eligible for RPP you must be stationed in the National Capital Region (NCR), receive your BAH, sign a one year lease and make monthly rental payments via an allotment.
To enroll, complete the RPP Application and Statement of Understanding and submit them to the HSC with a copy of the orders assigning you to the NCR and your latest Leave and Earning Statement (LES).
Volunteer Realtor Program
The JBAB Housing Services Center Volunteer Realtor Program has been providing area housing information, for purchase, sale, and lease, in addition to consumer guidance since October 2010. Volunteer Realtors are licensed in DC, MD and VA and are familiar with military culture, loan options for military families and are committed to providing the utmost in customer service! Stop by the HSC to meet with a Volunteer Realtor!
